We are delighted to introduce you to the Stroke Assistance Team, a compassionate and skilled group of professionals committed to helping stroke survivors and their families navigate the challenging journey of recovery. We understand that a stroke can turn lives upside down, but with the right support and guidance, we firmly believe that a fulfilling and empowered life is within reach.

Our dedicated team consists of healthcare providers, therapists, counselors, and support staff who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of stroke survivors. We work collaboratively to provide comprehensive assistance that addresses the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they receive the utmost care and support throughout their recovery process.

Recovery Coach

Each survivor & caregiver has a dedicated stroke recovery coach that supports you throughout your recovery process.

Occupational Therapist 

Our dedicate OT's (Occupational Therapists) work with you and help create strategies to improve your quality of life that alows you to live independently

Physiotherapy 

Our team of physiotherapists help stroke survivors regain movement, improve physical function, and enhance their overall quality of life
